2026 Train & Play

Train and Play is an engaging 8-week training program designed for both girls and boys, focusing on skill enhancement, confidence building, and practical game application. Each week, athletes will acquire new skills and immediately implement them in competitive gameplay.

Every session kicks off with structured skills training led by a Master Coach, who emphasizes essential fundamentals, technique, and game awareness. Following the training, athletes shift into competitive team play, providing them with the chance to put their newly acquired skills to the test in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Participants have the option to register alongside a friend they wish to play with. For those who do not register with a companion, evaluations will take place during the initial sessions, ensuring that balanced teams are formed by Week 2 to promote fair and competitive play throughout the program.

The series culminates in Week 8 with an exciting and competitive tournament, allowing athletes to display their progress and celebrate their development over the course of the program.
