CAMPS & CLINICS

June Pre-Tryout Clinics

Elevate Your Game Before the Whistle Blows

Our June Pre-Tryout Camp is a high-octane, technical program specifically designed for athletes looking to refine their competitive edge before the tryout season begins. This clinic moves beyond standard play, diving deep into the mechanics that differentiate elite players: precision, repetition, and technical mastery.

Through a curriculum built on high-volume contacts and real-time feedback, athletes will transform their "good" habits into "great" ones, ensuring they step onto the court for tryouts with maximum confidence and consistent ball control.

What to Expect:

This isn't just a scrimmage session; it is a specialized training environment focused on the technical "fine-tuning" required for high-level play.

  • Intensive Skill Isolation: We break down the game’s most critical movements into digestible segments. Expect focused drills on passing platform discipline, footwork efficiency, and the geometry of angles for both serve receive and defensive transition.
  • High-Repetition Format: The fastest way to build muscle memory is through volume. Our drills are designed to maximize "touches per minute," providing the quick improvement needed in a short pre-season window.
  • Tactical Ball Control: Athletes will master the art of the "consistent contact." We emphasize body positioning and hand-eye coordination to ensure every touch—whether attacking, setting, or defending—is purposeful and accurate.
  • Tryout Readiness: Beyond the physical skills, we foster the mental toughness and court communication that coaches look for during evaluations.

2026 MS Prep Camp

*OPEN TO ALL CLUB AFFILIATIONS*

As high school athletes begin their preseason, middle school players deserve the same opportunity to prepare for the season ahead. Our August Middle School Season Prep Camp is designed to give athletes a head start before school practices and matches begin.

This high-energy training program goes beyond simply playing the game. Athletes will focus on the technical details and game fundamentals that build confidence, consistency, and competitive readiness. Through quality instruction, high-volume repetitions, and immediate feedback, players will enter their school season with the skills and confidence needed to make an impact.

What to Expect:

This isn't just open gym play—it is a focused training environment built to prepare athletes for the demands of the middle school season.

  • Intensive Skill Development: We break down the game's most important skills into manageable segments, emphasizing passing platforms, movement patterns, attacking mechanics, setting footwork, and defensive positioning.
  • High-Repetition Training: Improvement comes through touches and repetition. Our training sessions are designed to maximize ball contacts and accelerate development in a short preseason window.
  • Game-Ready Ball Control: Athletes will develop the consistency and body control needed to perform under pressure. Every touch—whether passing, setting, attacking, or defending—is trained with purpose and precision.
  • Team Concepts & Volleyball IQ: Players will learn the communication, movement patterns, and court awareness necessary to transition smoothly into their middle school practices and matches.
  • Confidence for the Season Ahead: Beyond the technical skills, we emphasize leadership, communication, and the confidence coaches look for when evaluating players and building lineups.

Don't wait for school practice to shake off the rust. Prepare like the high school athletes do and enter your middle school season ready to compete, contribute, and enjoy your best season yet.

2026 Train & Play

Train and Play is an engaging 8-week training program designed for both girls and boys, focusing on skill enhancement, confidence building, and practical game application. Each week, athletes will acquire new skills and immediately implement them in competitive gameplay.

Every session kicks off with structured skills training led by a Master Coach, who emphasizes essential game play fundamentals, technique, and awareness. Following the training, athletes shift into competitive team play, providing them with the chance to put their newly acquired skills to the test in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Participants have the option to register alongside a friend they wish to play with. For those who do not register with a companion, evaluations will take place during the initial sessions, ensuring that balanced teams are formed by Week 2 to promote fair and competitive play throughout the program.

The series culminates in Week 8 with an exciting and competitive tournament, allowing athletes to display their progress and celebrate their development over the course of the program.
