Collegiate Showcase & Prospect Camp

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Showcase Camp, directed by Joe Morton, Assistant Coach at Drake University & Iowa Juniors Executive Director, provides student-athletes with the opportunity to train in a true collegiate gym environment while gaining exposure to multiple college programs. Court coaches will include college coaches from across the region who will run drills and training sessions similar to those used in their own collegiate practices.

Athletes will participate in position-specific training, athletic development drills, and competitive game play designed to showcase their abilities in passing, serving, hitting, setting, and defense. Players will be grouped by age and ability level to ensure a competitive and challenging training environment for everyone.

This high-exposure event is open to high school athletes in the graduating classes of 2027–2030 as well as junior college and college transfers who are looking to elevate their game, gain recruiting insight, and compete against top talent. The final 30 minutes of camp will feature a Recruiting Q&A session with the coaching staff, giving athletes and families the opportunity to learn more about the college recruiting process.

In 2026, the event hosted coaches from 14 universities, including Iowa State, Drake University, University of Iowa, Coe College, Central College, St. Cloud State, Kirkwood Community College.

This showcase is designed for athletes with prior club or competitive volleyball experience who are looking to challenge themselves in a college-style training environment. Athletes should arrive prepared for a full day of volleyball and competition.
